Medical Health and Fitness is a health promotion company specializing in cancer wellness products and services, and therapeutic exercise continuing education. We publish information for consumers and professionals on using exercise and health strategies to improve medical conditions or to improve aspects of disease prevention.

Cancer Wellness
Medical Health & Fitness has taken the concept of exercise and health for cancer prevention and survivorship to an international level. MHF has written two books, presented lectures, and written many articles on the topic. We are partnering with the finest cancer health agencies to provide content, products, and publications to professionals and patients alike. Our goal is to bring cancer wellness into the standard of care for every cancer patient.

Product Development
MH&F has developed cancer wellness health kits for home exercise and relaxation programs. MH&F has co-development the Immune Enhance vitamin supplement with the San Ysidro Pharmacy in Southern California. Consulting and Lectures MH&F continually lectures on the topic of exercise and cancer. We produce a yearly workshop, and President Eric Durak and is a featured speaker at many national conferences. Rated the #1 speaker at IHRSA in 1996, MH&F produced its first medical conference in East Lansing, MI in the summer of 2002. This is now a regular event in our seminar series.

Research
MH&F is the nation’s leading independent research firm concentrating on cancer wellness issues.  We published the first 10-year follow up survey of cancer survivors in 2005, and presented this research at the Psycho-Oncology conference in Arizona.  We have conducted research in the use of the anti-oxidant supplement FRS Plus with advanced cancer patients (results published in 2007), and currently we are in development of a national database on cancer care with JET Enterprises with our upcoming web site – www.MyCancerWellness.com.
