The Nature Exercise CEU course was born after a lecture on the same topic in June of 2025 sponsored by the UCLA Keck School of Medicine. The program hosted physicians who are interested in using nature as a “prescription” for better behavioral health, better nutrition, and better physical well-being.

Nature Exercise combines elements of walking, hiking, general movement and stretching, and breathwork to enhance a total body experience and getting your steps in. Trainers can use this course to encourage their clients to look at physical activity a different way - and to look forward to a daily experience with nature for their health. Nature Exercise is where exercise started.
