To become a private business. All of our transactions, contracts, and relationships are performed in the private sector. By being a part of a private organization, all of your business dealings fall out of the jurisdiction of government agencies. Our goal is to have your healthcare needs and Aviator programs be private business dealings. We are a membership association for the Lifecore Aviator Program. Our PHA allows people who sign up for the Aviator Program to be a part of a centralized insurable population. Customers in all 50 states (and territories) now have an umbrella that assists them in covering their insurance education needs while being a part of our national membership organization. One membership benefit of the PHA in conjunction with a LifeCore membership is access to an exclusive health insurance plan which provides financial incentives to engage in efforts to stay well and provide members access to medical care to treat illness from a traditional medical or natural integrative approach.
Our PHA will offer other benefits for Lifecore customers – the Wellness Insurance (Well Insure) newsletter, education videos and podcasts, and discounts on products and services which are all a part of our coverage with Lifecore. PHA members in conjunction with LifeCore will have access to on demand help, resources to find recent and affective treatment regimens, guidance on what to look for when selecting the right health professional or services. The Medhealthfit PHA is designed to provide our members with national benefits for joining and maintaining their membership. This includes healthcare coverage, discounts on health and wellness programs, and regular information about your health, wellness, and healthcare needs all in one place. Our organization strives to inform, deliver, and educate our members on issues related to wellness and healthcare. Our goal is to improve your ability to make better health decisions for yourself and family.
From a health perspective, we saw wellness centers and health clubs close in 2020-21 with no legal statute to do so. Medical Health and Fitness believes that our clients and PHA members can operate within our business now in the private domain. Our education, consulting, and contracting will bring our services and products to clients in this format.
Our Private Health Association is a membership division that works in the private sector. The concept of PHAs is that members and vendors can work outside of many agencies while still delivering the highest quality products, consulting services, and membership benefits. We believe that many businesses can become a PHA within the health sector, and aside from general membership benefits, we assist businesses who wish to made the conversion to the PHA side of business. In 2021, Medical Health and Fitness advanced our company to a legal entity PHA under a 508 [c] 1A status. For the purposes of practicing our consulting and membership programs within the private sector. This not only protects our membership 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment rights (freedom of speech, privacy and secure in our business dealings, due process and the right to our private property, and rights of life, liberty, and property).
